ABBAABBA are a legendary Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972 by Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. After dominating the 1970s following their 1974 Eurovision victory, the band transitioned into a mature, emotionally complex era in the early 1980s. Propelled by the real-life divorces of the two couples, they released the hit 1980 album Super Trouper, featuring the heart-wrenching anthem “The Winner Takes It All”. Following their dark 1981 record The Visitors, the group officially disbanded in December 1982, leaving an enduring legacy as one of history’s greatest pop acts.
