All About EveAll About Eve were an acclaimed English alternative rock band formed in London in 1984. Named after the classic Bette Davis film, the group’s core creative force centered on the ethereal vocals of Julianne Regan and the melodic basslines of Andy Cousin. They uniquely blended gothic rock textures with 1960s-inspired folk-pop sensibilities. The band broke into the mainstream with their gold-certified, self-titled 1988 debut album, which featured their acoustic, top-ten signature ballad “Martha’s Harbour”. Following further success with Scarlet and Other Stories, lineup shifts led to a temporary hiatus before they officially dissolved in 2004.
