‘The Honeythief’ is a single by Scottish band Hipsway. It peaked at No. 17 in the UK Singles Chart in 1986.

Merging Glasgow’s post-punk energy with polished international production, Hipsway’s 1986 self-titled debut established them as masters of rhythmic pop-rock, anchored by Grahame Skinner’s soulful baritone and the infectious, guitar-driven groove of their signature hit “The Honeythief.”
